Praxen am Grossmünsterplatz

Seven psychologists, one practice, and patients who need the right one. We made specialty the way in — click what you’re looking for, meet the people who treat it — so the site works the way patients actually think.

When a group of accomplished psychologists and psychiatrists in Zurich merged into one practice, the real challenge wasn’t the look — it was the structure. A patient rarely thinks “I want Dr. So-and-so.” They think “I need help with this.” List everyone alphabetically, and the site makes people work harder than they should to find the right fit.

So we built the whole site around specialty as the entry point. Every psychologist is tagged by expertise, and those specialties surface right on the homepage — click one, and you get everyone who handles it. That single decision shaped everything else: short bios that expand on click keep the homepage calm, and longer bios open in an accordion on each individual page, which solved a real headache — every practitioner wanted to share something different, but the format had to stay consistent. The soft palette and white space do the emotional work, the calm you’d want walking into a therapist’s office. But the real win was structural: the site is genuinely user-friendly, built around how patients actually search.

“We had very specific expectations — and Deborah understood exactly what we wanted. Super quick, super professional, she solved every problem perfectly. We get amazing feedback from our patients and clients.”
